This site is a static marketing site. We do not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing cookies on returnhours.ca.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages for security and reliability.

We do not sell this information. We do not share it for advertising.
Client work and patient data
For clinic engagements, we take a PHIPA-aware approach:
- We design workflows to use the minimum patient information needed for the agreed process.
- We prefer to work inside the clinic's existing tools and accounts.
- We do not sell data.
- We do not use identifiable patient information to train public AI models.
Your clinic remains responsible for its obligations under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We document proposed flows for your approval. We do not claim privacy certifications, compliance audits, or that our work makes a clinic "PHIPA certified."
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails and call notes are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage a possible or active engagement, unless a longer period is required by law or a written agreement.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you from an enquiry, or to request a correction or deletion where appropriate, email eli@returnhours.ca.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
